Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unmodified, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, tags, and parts must be included.
We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Used or installed airsoft parts

Modified or damaged items

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards

Custom or special-order items

Personal protective equipment (eye protection, face protection, etc.)

Items showing signs of wear, field use, or installation marks
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, email us before sending it back.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns.
The fastest way is to return the unwanted item; once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
