Shipping locations

JXAirsoft ships from the United Kingdom to the UK, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and selected international destinations. Product availability, carrier services and shipping charges can vary by destination. The options available for your delivery address are shown at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Some products or destinations may be unavailable where carrier or local restrictions apply.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays. We will contact you if an exceptional delay affects your order.

Delivery services

Orders are dispatched from the UK using tracked services where available. UK orders may be sent by Royal Mail, Evri or DPD. International orders may use Royal Mail and local delivery partners. The service and estimated delivery window shown at checkout apply to your destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs and local conditions.

Shipping charges

UK orders of GBP 80 or more qualify for free standard shipping. UK orders below GBP 80 are charged GBP 4.99 for standard shipping. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to destination, parcel size and weight.

Tracking

When tracking is available, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and link. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duty or handling fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
